How it all began?
Foksha Homes was founded in 1998 by Igor and Oleg Foksha. Igor began the company as a sole proprietor, with Oleg helping out from time to time.
In 2001, Oleg got his real estate license and began selling real estate exclusively. During the recession of 2008, Oleg joined Igor in remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, and other projects to keep the company afloat. Oleg continued to sell real estate as well. In
2012, Igor and Oleg joined forces and created Foksha Homes Inc. They began specializing in new construction, ADU’s, whole home renovations, remodels, additions, condominiums, and land development.
Where Are We Now?
Today, the company relied on employees, sub-contractors, lenders, and a whole array of various specialists to get the job done. Igor Foksha is continuing to work alongside new and experiences employees, providing guidance, training and team leading roles.
Oleg Foksha is currently the President of the Home Builders Association of Salem, Oregon. He is also a member of the National Association of Home Builders. He continues to sell real estate and is able to advise clients on resale value and potential cost of fixing up an old home. Oleg is passionate about the construction industry and is committed to giving back to the community.
