Here is something about us; The Business began in 1998 with Igor being the sole proprietor. Oleg helped from time to time while going to school and during the summer break.

In 2001 Oleg attained a  real estate license and began selling real estate exclusively. In the onset of the Recession of 2008, Oleg joined Igor remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, or any other job to keep the company  afloat. Oleg continued to actively show homes and sell real estate as well.

In 2012 Igor and Oleg joined forces and created Foksha Homes Inc. Specializing in new construction, whole home renovations, additions, condominium, etc.

Oleg continues to sell real- estate and is able to advise clients on resale value and potential cost of fixing up an old home.
