Our Journey & Expertise
Founded on Craftsmanship: Our origins trace back to Igor Foksha’s deep-rooted skills as a furniture and cabinet maker in Ukraine, a passion he brought to the U.S.
Early Milestones: Igor initially applied his expertise to high-end carpentry and remodeling, including contributions to Portland’s prestigious ‘Street of Dreams’, before establishing his own cabinet shop around 1996 and building his first home.
Formal Establishment: In 2012, Igor and Oleg formally incorporated Foksha Homes Inc., solidifying our specialization in diverse construction areas.
Continued Legacy: Igor retired in 2024, leaving a profound legacy that continues to inspire and guide our team.
Comprehensive Services: Today, we excel in new home construction, Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), whole home renovations, remodels, additions, condominiums, and strategic land development.
