Welcome to the Field of Dreams subdivision, a meticulously developed community offering custom-designed homes and extensive amenities. We began development in late fall/early winter of 2021, transforming a 22-acre parcel into a unique residential haven.
Field of Dreams showcases expansive layouts, often featuring open-concept designs, integrated smart home technology, and luxurious finishes including bespoke white oak cabinetry, granite countertops, and premium appliances. Residences also boast multiple primary suites, advanced entertainment areas, and durable exteriors, creating sophisticated living spaces.
Overall Residence & Design
This was a complete subdivision development, encompassing full engineering and design with a local engineering company.
We collaborated with PGE to engineer a brand new power grid and design for the subdivision. All infrastructure, including culverts, wells, and utilities such as cable, phone, and Internet, were meticulously installed by our team.
The road and entry gate were also custom-built.
There are currently 5 existing homes within the subdivision. We are actively partitioning the remaining four-acre piece of land to create 2 additional parcels, bringing the total number of homes to seven.
The smallest home footprint in the subdivision is 3000 square feet. The largest approaches 6000 square feet and features an impressive 3000 square foot pool house building with a heated indoor pool and an outdoor entertainment area.
Each home in the Field of Dreams subdivision is 100% custom-made and tailored to the unique needs of each client and their family. Notable features include:
- Extensive outdoor living spaces in every home.
- One home boasts a 3000+ square foot pool house with a large pool, heated to 90° year-round, and featuring beautiful waterfall features.
- Another home includes a private pickleball court.
- A standalone building houses a sauna with both a wood-fired authentic hot sauna and a steam sauna.
